Vice President – Device engineer
- Responsible for device characterization and reliability evaluation of advanced multi-level NAND flash memories.
- Will also work closely with process, design, and system groups on memory development and qualification.
- Requires a MS or Ph.D. in electrical engineering or physics. Understanding of semiconductor device physics, reliability, and silicon processing. Knowledge in flash memory and understanding of digital circuit design is preferred.

Senior Staff engineer
- Responsible for all Error correction code and special algorithms implementation related to flash memory
- Will work closely with the system and design development team
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Requires Ph.D. in mathematics or computer science

- Responsible for establishment of a full VLSI design center for implementation of various custom flash products
- Will work closely with system and software group
- Experience in all phases of VLSI design – RTL, simulations, verification and layout tools.
- Understanding of semiconductor device physics is a preferred
- Strong managerial skills and excellent team player.
